Bmob is a web and mobile platform that helps students find a place to rent during college. It’s a common practice in Brazil for a lot of students to live in another city for college. And, for part of those, they need to rent a place because they are not able to get a stay backed by the college.
Chating system
As a main way of getting the students to demonstrate an interest in renting, they can chat with the owner of the place and negotiate the rent. This can bring together both parties and come to an agreement to conclude the rent through the platform.
Filtering
Through the platform, the user can select different filters such as distance, price, size, or rating to find the best place to follow their needs.
Place listing
Each place listed on the platform can display details about, more pictures, rules, specifications, ratings, and reviews. Also, this is the main point that the student can either chat and negotiate with the owner or go through the request for rent.
